many students are concerned about studying of university, because of universities are concentrated mainly the theoretical academic topics. Higher education is intended to boost the students’ mind to adopt the working environment through academic excellence. In reality universities focus on specific topics which are related on particular field of studies that student is going to master in his/her future career. A growing number of students have difficult situations after graduation from universities and being exposed to working place in the real life.
Whenever we talk about purpose of studying in a university, some people say that it’s just getting academic knowledge, in contrast others say; it’s gaining a practical useful knowledge for special area to use after being employed by a company. Which is correct that the primary mission of universities should be preparing student to be deployable to the market as a worker at an organization. Not everybody knows making students employable in a university is an extremely important. Therefore, students must acquire enough knowledge with skillful techniques before graduating from university.
The primary goal of higher education should be to provide the training and background that prepare graduates to become productive members of the workforce. If someone graduates from university for particular discipline he/she must have qualities needed in the field of workplace. For instance, Gelle graduated from university of Colorado with mechanical engineering bachelor degree. After that he worked at German electrical company’s production plant as mechanical two years and as engineer three years.
